Att läsa XML-filer i Java skiljer sig mycket från att läsa andra filer som .docx och .txt eftersom XML-filen innehåller data mellan taggarna. Java erbjuder många sätt att analysera en XML-fil. Det finns två parsers i Java som analyserar en XML-fil:

Java DOM Parser
De DOM API ger klasserna att läsa och skriva en XML-fil. Vi kan skapa, ta bort, ändra och ordna om noden med hjälp av DOM API. DOM-parser analyserar hela XML-filen och skapar en DOM objekt i minnet. Den modellerar en XML-fil i en trädstruktur för enkel genomkörning och manipulation. I DOM är allt i en XML-fil en nod . Noden representerar en komponent i en XML-fil. DOM-parser är långsam pågår och upptar mycket minne när den laddar en XML-fil i minnet.

Steg för att läsa XML-fil i Java med Eclipse
Steg 1: Skapa en enkel Java projekt.
Steg 2: Skapa en klassfil och ange ett klassfilnamn. Vi har skapat klassfilen med namnet LäsXMLFileExample1 .
Steg 3: Skriv följande kod.
Steg 4: Ladda ner dom-2.3.0-jaxb-1.0.6.jar fil: Klicka här...
Steg 5: Skapa en lib mapp i projektet.
Steg 6: Kopiera dom-2.3.0-jaxb-1.0.6.jar fil och klistra in i mappen lib.
Steg 7: Ställ in klass väg :
Högerklicka på projektet->Bygg sökväg->Konfigurera byggväg->Lägg till externa JAR->Välj JAR-filen->klicka på knappen Öppna->Använd och stäng.
Steg 8: Skapa en XML fil. Vi har skapat en XML-fil med namn XMLFile.xml och skriv in följande data i den.

Java SAX Parser
Java SAX parser står för Enkelt API för XML . SAX-parser analyserar en XML-fil rad för rad . Den utlöser händelser när den stöter på öppningstaggen, stängningstaggen och teckendata i en xml-fil. SAX-parser kallas också händelsebaserad parser .
SAX parser laddar inte in någon XML-fil i minnet. Den skapar ingen objektrepresentation av XML-dokumentet. SAX parser använder call back funktion för att informera klienter om XML-dokumentstrukturen. Det är snabbare och användningsområden mindre minne än DOM-parser.
